Good hotel! Friendly staff. Excellent set of bathroom accessories. An adapter for sockets was provided free of charge. Good location, nearby there is a cafe and 7eleven, Family Mart. Close to the metro and JR.

-The room size stands out as its strength. I've been to Osaka and Nagoya prior to Tokyo, and this hotel had the most spacious room among them -The location is great. It's only one stop from Tokyo station. By foot, it's an easy 15-20 minute walk to Yaechika and another 5-10 minute to Tokyo station. However, it's not a busy area and it becomes peacefully quiet at night. Therefore it offers either a relaxing sleep, or an easy access to the bustling Tokyo night life - depending on what you're after. -From here, major tourist locations like Ueno Park, Imperial Palace, or Ryogoku are all walkable

- Fantastic Location: Close to Kanda Station, making it easy to access various parts of Tokyo via multiple train and subway lines. Perfect for exploring the city! - Spacious and Comfortable Room: The twin room was surprisingly roomy and very comfortable, especially for Tokyo, where space can often be limited. - Cleanliness: The hotel was spotless, and it was clear the staff put a lot of effort into maintaining high standards. - Friendly Staff: Every staff member was polite, welcoming, and eager to help, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The location is great (about 10 min to subway and JR station). Very close to Ginza area. Also you can walk to Akiabara. The walkway from subway to the hotel is mostly flat, easy to navigate, and not crowded. Staffs are attentive and helpful. They left our luggage in the room before we went back to check in. The hotel provides all necessary amenities even pajamas. The room was clean. However, the bathroom is quite small and the shower area is a bit slippery and not elder friendly. Bed and pillow is a bit stiff but not bad. Overall, it is a nice stay for visiting Tokyo. Easy transfer from Haneda Airport via Hamamatsu.

The staff are fabulous! Check in was smooth and easy. We flew in and got to the hotel around 10am (but check in is at 3pm). So we dropped our bags after completing all the registration required for check-in. When we came back after 3pm, we got told that our bags were already in our room. It was really nice of them to do that for us (and live saving as we were already really tired from flying for more than 10 hours and then having to spend time elsewhere veggie check in). FYI, Japanese hotels don't usually take your bags to your room like how it is in most countries around the world. So it's really rare for a Japanese hotel to take your bags to the room for you. I've been going to Japan for more than 10 years, and this is the second hotel that has helped with our bags. Location of the hotel is really good for public transport. It's about 10 mins to Kanda station and about 6 mins to Kodenmacho station. We got the twin room and our room and bath are really large. I can see that it is made to accommodate wheelchair users. So you can consider this room if you need this type of room for your Japan trip. The room is located next to the lift so getting in and out of the room to the lift is pretty convenient. I know some people on their reviews complained about the noises from the road. We stayed at room 201 (next floor up from entrance/lobby) and our windows faces the main road. We didn't think the noises from the road are an issue to us, but we are late sleepers so it might just depends on your sleeping time. There are hardly any vehicle after 10pm.

Either Kanda JR Station or Kodenmacho Station is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, which is convenient for us to plan our itinerary each day. However, what is most impressive are the izakayas located near Kanda JR Station. I can enjoy my evenings there and feel secure walking back to the hotel as well

The location was incredible! It’s about an 8-10 minute walk to Kanda Station (one stop from Tokyo Station), a 10 minute walk to Akihabara, and a 20-25 minute walk to Tokyo Station. The staff was also warm and accommodating, and everything was very clean.

Hotel is in a quite area of Tokyo. Good to avoid the hustle and bustle. Great restaurants / cafes around the train station. Close to the train station. 7 Amenities stores near the Hotel. Hotel is very clean . The staff are great and helpful. Thye have a washer and dryer and Microwave and drink vending machine downstairs. Good if you need to clean your clothes after being away skiing or hiking etc. The trade off here is good quality , very reasonable price for a Hotel room that is out of the main tourist areas. You just have to way up cost vs location convenience.

Good value, rooms were functional, staff were always present and helpful. Small fridge in room. Fabric freshener provided. Split AC in room. Location to major and smaller railway. Location to several konbinis. Quiet more normal location overall. Option to not have daily room cleaning, but rather every 3 days mandatory (hotel makes you very aware of which days).
